FITSURI started with a simple realization. We often take our health for granted until something goes wrong.

As a former athlete, living an active lifestyle came naturally to me. Training, exercising, and staying active were simply part of everyday life. But as work, stress, and life's responsibilities started to take over, my health slowly became less of a priority. Like many people, I became focused on building a career, meeting deadlines, and keeping up with everyday responsibilities. Exercise became less consistent, healthy routines started to slip, and taking care of myself became something I planned to do "when I had more time."

Then, in 2021, everything changed.

An undetected health condition led to a life threatening experience that completely changed my perspective. It reminded me that good health isn't something we can assume will always be there. It's something we have to protect, invest in, and never take for granted.

That experience inspired me to create FITSURI.

I didn't start this brand just to sell products. I started it because I wanted to encourage more people to become aware of their health before it's too late. My goal is to make it easier for people to stay active, monitor their health, and build better habits through smart health monitoring devices and active lifestyle products that support everyday living.

I believe taking care of your health doesn't have to be complicated. It starts with small decisions. Going for a walk after work. Choosing to exercise instead of making another excuse. Tracking your progress. Listening to your body. Those small choices, made consistently, can lead to a healthier and stronger future.
